1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of FRAME, operated by EasyOps Frameworks, New Delhi, India ("Frame", "we", "us"). By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Keep your account information accurate and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. FRAME service
FRAME provides tools for photographers to organize clients, shoots, invoices, receipts, expenses, pricing and business information. FRAME does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice; review important business and financial information independently.
4. Free trial
FRAME provides a 7-day internal trial without requiring a payment method. This is a FRAME trial, not a Paddle-managed trial. It does not automatically create a paid charge when it ends. You must actively choose and purchase a paid plan to begin paid access. We may restrict trials where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or repeated eligibility misuse.
5. Paid subscriptions and Paddle
FRAME Pro subscriptions are offered on monthly and annual billing intervals and renew automatically unless cancelled. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for paid FRAME transactions and handles checkout, payment processing, transaction taxes, and related transaction documents where applicable. Purchasing during a FRAME trial starts paid access immediately after successful payment and verified Paddle subscription processing. Opening checkout or returning from checkout alone does not grant paid access.
6. Cancellation, refunds and price changes
You can manage eligible subscriptions through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation normally stops a future renewal while access continues through the current paid period. FRAME does not provide discretionary refunds for unused subscription time, but mandatory rights and any applicable Paddle buyer or refund terms remain unaffected. We may change prices prospectively with appropriate notice where required.
7. Workspace data and customer responsibilities
You retain rights in the data and content you enter into FRAME. You give FRAME the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, support, and provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed to provide client or third-party information to FRAME.
Where FRAME processes Customer Personal Data in a processor role, the Data Processing Addendum applies as described at /dpa. FRAME remains responsible for its own account, service-operation, security, and billing processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use FRAME for unlawful or fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, credential theft, malware, abusive automation, interference with the service, trial abuse, infringement, or unlawful processing of third-party information.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
FRAME software, branding, interface, documentation, templates, and related materials belong to EasyOps Frameworks or its licensors. Feedback you provide may be used to improve FRAME without obligation to you.
10. Availability, third parties and suspension
We may change, maintain, or discontinue parts of FRAME. Third-party services may have their own terms. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
11. Account deletion
You may request deletion from your account settings. A request deactivates the account and may require verification or support handling. Permanent deletion is support-assisted and is not guaranteed within a fixed period. Information may be retained where reasonably necessary for service operation, account and security records, accounting or tax requirements, disputes, fraud prevention, legal obligations, enforcing agreements, legitimate operational purposes, or backup lifecycles. If you submitted a request by mistake, contact support as soon as possible; restoration is subject to account and deletion-processing status.
12. Disclaimers, liability and indemnity
FRAME is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. You agree to indemnify EasyOps Frameworks for claims arising from your unlawful use of FRAME or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, FRAME and EasyOps Frameworks are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights and other liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights that apply in your jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, courts in New Delhi, India may have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms. We may update these Terms and will provide notice or request renewed acceptance where required.
