Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for using FRAME safely, lawfully, and respectfully.

Version: 2026-10-06 · Effective date: October 6, 2026

1. Lawful and authorized use

Use FRAME only for lawful business activity and only with authority to access the account and information involved. Do not enter, process, or share another person's information unless you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis required to do so.

2. Security and service integrity

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or test the service without written permission, bypass access controls, interfere with availability, introduce malware, scrape or automate the service in a harmful way, or use another person's credentials. Report suspected vulnerabilities through the Security page rather than exploiting them.

3. Harmful or abusive conduct

Do not use FRAME to commit fraud, distribute spam, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, harass or harm others, misrepresent identity, abuse trials or subscriptions, or support unlawful activity. Do not use customer data for a purpose that is incompatible with the permissions you obtained.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or enforcement of the Terms. Enforcement is subject to applicable law and does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
